The point in the first sentence
People decide in a second or two whether to keep watching someone they do not know. The edit cuts the warm-up, opens on the claim or the question, and saves the background for after the hook.

Record your answers on your phone or in a studio. Esteban edits them remotely into captioned vertical videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and versions for the LinkedIn feed, in English or Spanish.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, working across Miami-Dade and Broward. Remote editing: from $100 per video. On-location filming is a paid add-on scoped per project; the Local Presence package is from $800 per production day.

Trust is the reason a personal brand works. The edit tightens pauses and repetition but keeps your phrasing and your accent, and it never rearranges sentences into an opinion you did not give.
A ten-minute session can hold several short ideas. Each becomes a vertical cut for Reels, TikTok and Shorts and a version sized for the LinkedIn feed, with captions, because most of these videos are watched without sound.
Short answers to the questions your clients already ask. Write down five to eight of them, the ones you answer on sales calls every week, and record each answer separately in one or two minutes, looking at the lens. Add one opinion about your industry that you would defend in a meeting, and one short story from your own work. That list is usually enough for two to four weeks of posts.
Record in one sitting so the light, the sound and your clothes match, and leave a pause before and after each answer so there is room to cut. Send the original files, not exports from an app, with a line on what each one is about. Esteban keeps your phrasing; he removes the pauses, the restarts and the filler, then adds captions and a title.
One recording session every two to four weeks and a fixed number of posts a week, not a daily promise. A founder who records eight answers on a Monday and publishes two a week has a month covered, and the edits arrive in batches instead of one at a time. If you post every week, the weekly Starter plan fits that rhythm with a set number of videos each week.
Track two things only: which questions bring messages or calls, and which ones people watch to the end. Those decide the next recording list. When the calendar and the reporting need to be handled for you, that is the Growth package. For the editing details of short clips, see short-form video editing.
Before you send footage
No. A recent phone, a window in front of you, a clip-on microphone and a quiet room are enough to start. Record a few minutes per idea, say the point early, and send the original files through a shared folder. If you want a studio look or an on-location shoot at your office, that is a paid add-on scoped per project.
Yes. Esteban works mainly in Spanish, with intermediate English for bilingual projects, and captions can go in either language. If you record the same idea twice, once in each language, each version is edited on its own rather than translated in subtitles only.
Each edited video is priced like the Starter package, from $100 per video. A founder who posts every week can pay Starter weekly, and a planned month with a content calendar and a monthly report is the Growth package, from $640 per month. A written quote sets the number of videos before work starts.

A useful first message says three things: what the business or account is, what the work is for, and where the footage is now, whether on a phone, a camera or not filmed yet. If you already have clips, include a Drive or Dropbox link. Esteban replies with the option that fits and a quote before any work begins. The contact page also has a form.
