How can a startup get usable content out of a tech conference booth?

Decide before the conference what each clip has to prove: the product works, people stopped at the booth, the founder can explain it in thirty seconds. Then record those moments with your own team and send the files to an editor. Esteban Moreno Media, based in Fort Lauderdale, plans the pre-conference calendar, edits the booth demos, panel snippets and interviews your team records into LinkedIn, Instagram and Shorts cuts, and produces recap videos with English or Spanish captions.

eMerge Americas is held at the Miami Beach Convention Center. It has historically taken place in spring, and event guides list the next edition earlier than usual, so check the dates box on this page before you plan. On-location filming is a paid add-on scoped per project and quoted in writing.

Who is this conference content plan for?

Teams that pay for a booth, a stage slot or a side event and need more out of it than a few photos:

  • Startups exhibiting or pitching, who need a product demo, a founder clip and proof of booth traffic for investors and customers.
  • Tech companies and sponsors with a booth, a panel or a hosted session that should become LinkedIn and Instagram posts.
  • Service providers (agencies, law and accounting firms, recruiters) hosting a side event or happy hour during conference week.
  • Bilingual teams selling into Latin America who want the same clip captioned in English and Spanish.

Stage sessions are usually recorded by the organizer, and that footage has its own rules. Confirm what you are allowed to film and reuse before the conference.

What does a before, during and after conference content plan look like?

Before the conference

A calendar for the weeks before: an announcement of where to find you, a short product demo, a founder or speaker teaser and a post for any side event. Existing product videos and screen recordings become the first edits. Esteban writes a shot list for the booth team: the demo in one take, a visitor's reaction with permission, the founder's thirty-second pitch, the booth at its busiest and a clean wide of the stand.

During the conference

Your team records between meetings and sends original files to a shared folder each evening. Esteban edits them into short vertical and square cuts for LinkedIn, Instagram and Shorts, with English or Spanish captions and with names and titles spelled as you send them. Conference halls are loud, so the edit relies on captions and on lapel or close phone audio. Delivery timing is agreed in writing beforehand; same-day turnaround is not promised. On-site filming is the paid on-location add-on.

After the conference

A recap video of the booth, the talks and the conversations, cut for LinkedIn and your website, plus short follow-up clips your sales or partnerships team can send to the people they met. A demo clip sent the week after a conference meeting usually does more than the badge scan. The plan closes with notes for next year's booth.

What should you send Esteban before eMerge Americas?

One message with these items is enough to scope the work and quote it:

  1. Your booth number, session or side-event details as published, and the days your team will be there.
  2. What each clip must show: the product, the offer, the speaker or the event, in priority order.
  3. Product screen recordings, existing demos and brand assets as original files.
  4. Names and titles of the people who will appear, with their permission to be posted.
  5. The platforms you post to (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and the caption language: English, Spanish or both.
  6. Who will record during the conference, and whether you want to add paid on-location filming.

What does event content cost, and is filming included?

Prices start from the published packages. Editing your own footage is the Starter package, from $100 per video. A pre-event content calendar with editing across the month is the Growth plan, from $640 per month. On-location filming is a paid add-on scoped per project: the Local Presence package starts from $800 per production day, and the quote depends on the days, locations, access and deliverables.

Every project gets a written quote before the event, because the scope has to be clear before anyone records a clip. Esteban works Spanish-first, with intermediate English, from Fort Lauderdale; editing and planning are remote, so your team can send files straight from the event.

What published work can you see?

Esteban has not filmed eMerge Americas, and this page does not suggest he has. The closest published work is Homeowners, a social video he edited from footage another team supplied, and ML Colombia, the e-commerce brand he founded and ran, where he led the digital content himself.

Before the event

Questions before you plan event content.

Is Esteban Moreno Media affiliated with eMerge Americas?

No. Esteban Moreno Media is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by eMerge Americas, or by the organizers. The event's name is used only to describe the timing of the work. Exhibitor and participant rules, filming permissions and credentials come from the event and from your own booking, so confirm them with the organizer before planning any on-site recording.

Will Esteban film at the event?

Only if you book it. The core service is planning and editing the footage your team records. On-location filming is a paid add-on, scoped per project and quoted in writing before the event, and it depends on the access your participation allows.

When is eMerge Americas?

eMerge Americas is usually in spring (historically April; the next edition is listed earlier). Event guides list the next edition for March 2–4, 2027, at miami Beach Convention Center. Those dates come from guide listings checked on October 10, 2026, not from the organizer, so confirm them on the official site before you plan around them.

Can Esteban edit the footage the conference recorded of our talk?

Only if your agreement with the organizer lets you reuse it. If it does, send the original file or the highest-quality download available, with the timestamps you care about, and the talk can be cut into short clips with captions. If reuse is not allowed, record your own version of the key points at the booth instead.
