Why publish separate English and Spanish videos in South Florida?
Because people search, read captions and decide in the language they are most comfortable in, and in South Florida that is often Spanish. A Spanish-speaking customer who types a question in Spanish is matched to pages and videos in Spanish; an English-only video with Spanish subtitles added as an afterthought rarely reaches that search at all.
Separate versions also let each audience get its own opening line, its own examples and its own call to action, instead of a compromise that fits neither. The practical rule is to publish each version as its own asset: its own title, description and captions in that language, and on a website its own page linked to the other. That is how search engines understand that two pages are translations of each other rather than duplicates, and how a viewer lands on the right one. Esteban works Spanish-first, so Spanish versions are written natively rather than translated word for word.

How do you produce two language versions without doubling the work?
Plan both at the shoot. If the speaker can deliver the key lines in each language, record both back to back with the same framing and light; if not, record in one language and build the other version with captions or a separate voice-over, decided before filming rather than after.
Keep the visuals language-neutral where possible: product shots, the space, people at work, and on-screen text added in the edit rather than written on signs or slides. Then the same picture edit can carry two sets of captions and two end cards. Have someone fluent in each language read the captions before publishing, because automatic translation often gets local terms, prices and names wrong. Finally, track the two versions separately; whichever language responds better is information about your customers, not a reason to drop the other.
