What are the photography prices by property size?
Esteban's published listing photography card prices a shoot by the property's square footage. These are exact rates for the stated size tiers, rather than the broader calculator's indicative video-editing ranges. Confirm the property's size before selecting a tier and explain which spaces you need photographed. The largest tier requires a conversation rather than an assumed price.
Use the real-estate rate card to discuss photography as a separate line from video or a tour. A low photography figure should not be read as the price of every listing service together. Share the address and access arrangements with your request so the applicable travel charge can also be checked.
- Up to 1,500 SF: $199.
- 1,501 – 3,000 SF: $249.
- 3,001 – 4,500 SF: $299.
- 4,501 – 6,000 SF: $399.
- 6,001 – 8,000 SF: $499.
- 8,000+ SF: call to discuss.

What do video, tours, and additional visits cost?
Premium listing video is $200 per minute. A Zillow 3D tour starts from $149; price varies with home size. These are separate services, so specify whether you want photographs, a listing video, a tour, or a combination. Confirm the intended video length and finished files before treating a per-minute rate as a total project price.
The out-of-area fee is $75. North of West Palm Beach or south of Hollywood. That stated boundary matters for a Miami address: ask how it applies to your location before booking. A reshoot costs $100. For any reason other than photographer error, including weather. 10 photo maximum. Make sure the property is ready and that access is arranged for the agreed visit. If conditions change, discuss the next visit rather than assuming that weather or a preparation issue creates a free replacement session.

How do the monthly property plans compare?
Monthly property plans are a separate offer from the per-shoot photography card. Choose between them by the properties you expect to market and the work you need each month. Do not read a monthly fee as a discount automatically applied to every standalone service, or assume that unused work carries forward without an agreement.
The published minimum is 3 months. Review the real-estate plans and prices and confirm property eligibility, scheduled work, and any separately quoted services before choosing a plan. Share your likely listing schedule so the conversation starts with actual needs rather than the highest package. A written scope should make clear which monthly plan you selected and how additional requests will be handled.
- Essential: $450 per month; 1 property per month.
- Plus: $700 per month; 2 properties per month.
- Premium: $1,250 per month; 3 properties per month.

Which terms should you read before booking?
All sales are final. Difficult circumstances are accommodated where possible, but no refunds are given. These are the terms printed with the rate card, and they should be considered alongside the prices rather than after selecting a service. The reshoot fee is $100, with the stated exceptions and limits described above. Clarify preparation, access, and the requested services before agreeing to the visit.
Send the property size, address, requested photography or video services, and preferred date through contact. Ask for the applicable rate, any travel charge, and the finished files to be confirmed together. The general budget calculator can help with a separately scoped editing project, but it does not replace this property-size rate card. Your confirmed booking details should identify the service and conditions, without assuming that every package elsewhere on the site has the same pricing basis.
